The unbalancing supply and demand of soybean needs an analysis using supply and d mand model of soybean to know the factors which affect the model. Supply and demand model of soybean is affected by endogenous and exogenous factors. Endogenous factor is factor that affects supply and demand model directly, even though ogenous is factor that affects supply and demand model indirectly. All factors are te ted by statistical methods, so the factors that affect supply and demand model of soybean are known. Supply and demand model analysis using simulataneous regression 2 SLS model. The result of this research are supply model of soybean that is Sk = 0.0888 + 1.141634 X + E and demand model of soybean that is Dk = 0.009708 + 0.0964 10 Xl + 0.316709 Xs + E. Factor that affect supply significantly is harvest area. Factors that affect demand of soybean significantly are income and price of local soybean. Factor that affects harvest area significantly is rice - field area depend on rain. Factor that affects income significantly is quantity of working people. Factor that affects price of local soybean significantly is price of import soybean. The result of supply and demand prediction, it will be lack of soybean in 2004, 2007, 2010 and 2013.
