PT SATYA BUANA REKATAMA is one of TK MODEL project implementer . In p ess, the time project schedule only based on time schedule according to subj tive estimation on field. So, time schedule can not describe the critical path in detail and can not show the relation between activities specifically. If there any delay in activity it is difficult to know the side effect to all project. We need to make the right e schedule with network planning. The research arranged finishing project planning of TK MODEL Stage II and consider the critical path, limited resources, acceleration project finishing and the budget.
