摘要：This study shows the use of MCDA-C methodology applied to Decision Support System in order to help a decisor buy a small family farm. The value functions for the criteria and sub-criteria of the model are determined. In this process, semantic judgment to the decisor is generated using MACBETH software. Replacement rates of the model and the overall additive aggregation formula are identified. Eventually, analysis of sensitivity for the potential realty is made.
