  • 摘要:The paper is about the constitution of the environmental educator in a legal perception, in order to characterize the environmental educator and his/her contribution to the constitution of the judge, who plays an important role in the reconstruction of the environmental reality by means of his/her decisions. Some important aspects regarding the education of the environmental educator are taken into account in so as to relate them to the constitution of the judge. Concerning legal transformational decisions given by judges, they face the jurisdictional position to solve conflicts and keep social peace. Finally, the judge’s social transformational skill regarding the need to monitor environmental conflicts that fill up Brazilian courts is shown.
