摘要:The growing concern with environmental issues has gone beyond the concept of school subject. In this context, Environmental Education fits into the school curriculum as an interdisciplinary theme; thus, it constitutes a form of reflection and of responsible change regarding human values and behavior. Art-Education has become a rich tool for reflection on people’s everyday life and environmental issues. Art is one of the most meaningful tools for an individual’s education; it is fundamental for learning and able to trigger creative processes since it goes beyond traditional ways of knowing and doing. Because literature is a kind of art, it fits into the context and is appropriate as a tool for Environmental Education. Therefore, this research has developed a dialogue with children literature as a tool for reflection, awareness and search for actions and solutions to environmental issues.
