摘要：The current context of economic globalization has led to environmental issues which have now been discussed at international meetings. Environmental Education in Brazil has been included in this context by the National Policy on Environment in Brazil; it is seen as a set of influences and phenomenological interactions that house and rule all forms of life. This paper aims at presenting a proposal in Environmental Education which intertwines legal and biological concepts to be developed in undergraduate courses. Its goal is to trigger awareness regarding actions towards a balanced and preserved environment, in accordance with the Brazilian constitutional principles.
