摘要:The proposal of this study is to present a methodological practice developed in the disciplines of Theory of the Right and Language and Juridical Composition, using the movies as tool to develop the learning of the argument. For so much, the simulated jury’s technique was used, after the presentation of a film. The activity involved two groups of academics ingressantes in the course of Right. The research was qualitative, because he/she works with values, faiths, representations, habits, attitudes and opinions that they were manifested before, during and after the accomplishment of the activity.
