摘要：This study focuses on the power of the Environmental Police of the municipalities, making some highlighted issues directly related to protection of the Environment and the responsibility of municipal government in environmental preservation, targeting in particular the balance of development of the nationwide well-being, grating it to the present and future generations. It remains for us to highlight concerns about the existing reality, due to human development and growth coupled with industrial, agricultural and urban areas, providing an increase cluttered urban areas, which may generate environmental damage, and to face the folly of indifference public manager as well as society itself.
