摘要：In the current global environment, the relationship between nature and cities has become increasingly segregated. Among other causes, activities performed within capitalist economic systems have caused a visible destruction of the environment, resulting in a deficit in the physical, biological and social equilibrium of systems acting on the globe. The urbanized city, as represented above, is characterized by the absence of green areas. One way of mitigating the environmental impact of intensive urbanization in big cities is to create public urban parks in order to improve the quality of life of urban populations. Therefore, this paper aims to delineate the perimeter of the Bacia do Rio Verde/PR an area conducive to the creation of urban parks, through the use of tools in Geoprocessing, using Geographic Information Systems, and through the application of boolean and fuzzy logic.
