摘要:This study aims to develop instructional materials science courses to equip bilingual program students PGSD courses, FIP, UNY with professional competence and personal competence. This study uses Research & Development (R & D) and the development model adopted Plomp (1994). The subjects were 29 students of bilingual class PGSD. The trial was conducted in two trials, which test a small group and large group trials. Data retrieval technique using tests and questionnaires. Analysis of questionnaires and test results data using descriptive statistics and qualitative data conversion into the form of degree of achievement. The results indicate that the development of validation is done at the level either. Testing small group and large group trials indicate the category of "good". This means that the products developed are able to use the basic concepts of science courses to equip students in terms of professional competence and personal competence.
