摘要：After thirteen years of its creation, World Trade Organization (WTO) has become one of the most important International Organization. Despite the fact that issues related to trade affect the entire society, domestic and internationally, WTO remains an intergovernmental organization that allows only States as subjects of international law to act within its scope. However, due to the relevance of the Organization, there has been an important discussion in international society about the participation of civil society in the Dispute Settlement Body. Therefore, this article aims to study this question that becomes increasingly controversial, with flags of the pros and cons to rise throughout the world.
