摘要：The study of the Bronze-Age sword from La Perla (Madrid, Spain) shows the development of a unique hilt design in the shape of a double-arch during the Early and Middle Bronze Ages. After the well-known paper by Almagro-Gorbea in 1972 on the Guadalajara sword, new archaeological finds during the last thirty years have shown the singularity of this system as against those employed in other parts of Europe, a singularity confirmed by numerous metallurgical analyses of Bronze Age swords.
