摘要：This article is about the education and development. The relationship between education and development is considered to what extent these two variables are related. Education as the independent variable and the dependent variable in this study is developed. So to any of the educational system with the wisdom and knowledge to go further thinking and more effective role in economic and social development and cultural community and will facilitate the development process. Statistical language enhance one another will increase the correlation between them is positive. In this paper, the role of human resource development as the most important tool to achieve development is discussed. The point is to develop the role of education to unfold. Executives of both schools and the education system of higher education should be paid more attention to the role of human resources, and applied it in their strategic plans to the community. The educational role of the remarkable way in the development of cultural spaces and social influences, the role of education as a vital tool in achieving sustainable development is considered. Attention to the role of citizens and citizen awareness and participation will play an important role in the development of their community. Today, the institutionalization of civic culture in order to determine its position in the international development context is essential to achieving development indicators. This paper discusses the different aspects of people's lives and improves the quality of people's lives. Because the ultimate goal of human welfare and human development at the center of development.
