标题：A DISCUSSÃO ENTRE TEORIA E PRÁTICA NAS CIÊNCIAS ADMINISTRATIVAS: UMA ANÁLISE DAS DISSERTAÇÕES DO PROGRAMA DE PÓS-GRADUAÇÃO EM ADMINISTRAÇÃO DA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE SANTA MARIA
摘要：Discussions between the relationship of theorists and practitioners lead to some conflicts between them. This discussion is accentuated within the context of learning centers of Administration. The objective of this work is to analyze the academic master's thesis of the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) Postgraduate Program in Administration (PPGA) in the period between 2008 to 2012 in order to verify if the theoretical works from the course have guidance for organizational practice. To meet this objective an analysis script was utilized, based on the models of Albach (1993) and Johann and Duclós (2013), to verify whether the selected dissertations have features that confirm or not their orientation for organizational practice. Overall, the studies showed some guidance for the practice, but it is still necessary to have greater approximation of the companies in preparing their studies, as well as improving the techniques of analysis studied so that the guidance for practice is likely to increase. It is necessary to redirect the research in Administration in order to demonstrate a greater concern with the advances that can be brought into the daily life of organizations.
