摘要：Resumo: O presente trabalho se propõe a analisar o julgado da Arguição de Descumprimento de Preceito Fundamental que analisou a constitucionalidade da ação afirmativa que visa assegurar vagas cotas para o ingresso no ensino superior com base em questão racial. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the trial of accusation of breach of fundamental precept which examined the constitutionality of affirmative action designed to ensure quota places as a way to get access to higher education based on race.
