标题：A CORRELAÇÃO ENTRE O PRINCÍPIO DA DIGNIDADE DA PESSOA HUMANA E A REPARAÇÃO DE DANOS POR PARTE DO ESTADO ÀS VÍTIMAS DE CRIMES / THE CORRELATION BETWEEN THE PRINCIPLE OF HUMAN DIGNITY AND REPAIR OF DAMAGES BY THE STATE TO CRIME VICTIMS (P.225)
摘要：Resumo: A presente pesquisa busca realizar uma correlação entre o princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana e a reparação de danos por parte do Estado às vítimas de crimes. Apoiou-se nas hipóteses em que o infrator não repara o dano e que a infração penal causa lesão de ordem material e moral à vítima. Para o desenvolvimento do trabalho conceituou-se a vitimologia, como ramo da criminologia, e se relatou a necessidade da reparação do dano como fator de pacificação social. Foi apresentado breve histórico da reparação do dano e concluiu-se pela imprescindibilidade da reparação do dano às vítimas de crimes, com indenização financeira e implantação de políticas públicas que possibilitem apoio psicológico, médico e orientação jurídica por parte do Estado, abordando a necessidade de regulamentação do artigo 245 da Constituição Federal, demonstrando, ainda, a existência de projeto que visa colher assinaturas em busca de apoio para lei de iniciativa popular que regulamente a matéria. Abstract: The article perform a search correlation between principle of human dignity and the repair of damages by the State to crime victims. It is supportedin cases where the offender does not repair the damage and the criminal offense causes damage to the material order the moral to the victim. To develop it´s necessary concept victimology, part of criminology, andreported the need for reparations as social pacification factor. It was presented short historic of reparations and conclusion the indispensability of reparations to victims of crimes, with financial compensation and implementation of public policies that enable psychological support, health care and legal advice from the State, dealing the need to regulate the article 245 of the Federal Constitution, demonstrating, also, the existence of project to collect signatures for support to law of popular initiative on the subject.
