摘要:This study is focused on the discovery of the uses of social networking in organizations and how these can be used for the benefit of people management. Searching through the perception of employees, point benefits and drawbacks to the adequacy and use of this tool. The research was done through a qualitative and quantitative approach, procedure exploratory research, statistical and comparative technique and how the questionnaire. After analyzing the collected data has become possible to observe that while many routines in managing people to benefit from the social networks there are still improvements to be implemented both in public and in private companies. The adequacy of the companies regarding the use of virtual social networks it is important and necessary.
