标题：Influência das práticas de inovação aberta na prospecção de conhecimentos para a criação de valor em ambientes de alta complexidade sob condições de incerteza e imprevisibilidade
摘要：This article aims to contribute to a policy of innovation management. For it shows the influence of the practices of open innovation in the exploration of knowledge for value creation in highly complex environments under conditions of uncertainty and unpredictability. The research was conducted in the light of theoretical clippings and implementation of a survey to specialists, with knowledge about the investigated object, selected for technical and scientific criteria. The survey was addressed to high tech industries in Brazil. Data were extracted by means of an array of trial in which experts issued their judgments about the variables investigated. Multicriteria analysis, artificial neural networks and neuro technology: To reduce subjectivity in the results achieved, the methods were used. The produced results were satisfactory, validating the proposal.
