摘要：{Abstract } This research aimed to show the challenges and ways of the small businesses for capture of the innovation through open innovation networks that enable sharing and technological knowledge transfer. The participation of enterprises in collaborative networks shows the initiative for sharing of knowledge for objectives of competitive advantage. In small businesses, the innovation process is not something curricular in their practices, by difficulties of maintaining a viable structure in an innovative pace sustainable. The knowledge transfer option, at the tacit or explicit form, enables to small business owners leverage opportunities in business and knowledge capture accessible only in large structures. That context, the work sought, through the study of multiple cases, identify interactive profiles on networks with incubators and partners for the incorporation of knowledge. Opportunities were identified generated for small businesses in interactive environments and opened by means of technological absorption.
