摘要：Bhagavad Gita literally means 'The Lord's Song', i.e., the philosophical discourse of Lord Krishna to persuade the reluctant Arjuna to fight. It is the most popular and sacred book of the Hindus and is contained in the Bhishma-Parva of the Mahabharta, one of the greatest Sanskrit epic. In verse 16.1, 2, and 3 twenty six virtues of wise people have been mentioned. In this paper, reasoning is given that in case leaders develop these virtues, in all probability, leaders would be able to perform their leadership role wisely and excellently.
