摘要：This research paper is an effort to extract learnings from Sundar Kand (fifth chapter in sequence and most adorable chapter of 'Ramcharit Manas' written by Goswami Tulsidas) to understand its importance for day to day life of human beings. During the analysis of the said chapter it is found that there are several stanzas (choupaiyas and dohas) which are either directly or indirectly suggesting certain specific type of habits and practices to be followed by all as a part of main story of Shri Ram.
