摘要：The article describes the identification and organization of the records of the Conselho de Fiscalização das Expedições Artísticas e Científicas no Brasil (1933-1968), kept under the guard of Museu de Astronomia e Ciências Afins (Mast/CNPq). Observations are made about the history of this archive, as well as about some decisions taken during its organization. The aim is to avoid a naturalized view about the documents in which an institution's life is "objectified".
