摘要：บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตามประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตรสหวิทยาการ ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ (คือ สาขาวิชาวิจัยและพัฒนาศักยภาพมนุษย์ สาขาวิชา การบริหารและการจัดการการศึกษา และ สาขาวิชา วิทยาการทางการศึกษาและการจัดการเรียนรู้) ใน 3 ระบบ ได้แก่ 1) ระบบการบริหารหลักสูตร 2) ระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน และ 3) ระบบการติดตามและการประเมินผล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เลือกแบบเจาะจง ( Purposive sampling) คือ ประธานบริหารหลักสูตร อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร และอาจารย์ผู้สอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่สุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ (Stratified random sampling) คือ นิสิตในแต่ละหลักสูตร เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม การสนทนากลุ่ม และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1) อาจารย์ทั้ง 3 หลักสูตร มีความคิดเห็นต่อ ระบบการบริหารหลักสูตร ระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน และระบบติดตามประเมินผลของหลักสูตรสหวิทยาการ ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านของแต่ละระบบไม่แตกต่างกัน คือต่างมีความคิดเห็นว่า อยู่ในระดับไม่เหมาะสมทั้ง 3 ระบบ ซึ่งต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 2) นิสิตปริญญาโทและนิสิตปริญญาเอก ทั้ง 3 หลักสูตร มีความคิดเห็นต่อระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนใน หลักสูตรสหวิทยาการไม่แตกต่างกันทั้งภาพรวม และรายด้าน โดยเฉลี่ย อยู่ในระดับเหมาะสม 3) นิสิตและอาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นต่อระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนใน หลักสูตรสหวิทยาการ ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน ส่วนรายด้านแตกต่างกัน 2 ด้าน โดยนิสิตมีความคิดเห็นต่อด้าน หลักสูตรและ ด้าน สภาพแวดล้อม อยู่ในระดับเหมาะสม ขณะที่อาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับไม่เหมาะสม คำสำคัญ: การประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของหลักสูตร , หลักสูตรสหวิทยาการระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา Abstract The purpose of this research was to follow up and evaluate the implementation of Interdisciplinary Graduate Program, Faculty of Education, Srinakharinwirot University; (Research and human potential development, Educational administration and management, and Educational science and learning management) in 3 systems as follows; 1) Administration and management program system 2) Instruction system and 3) Evaluation system. The samples were the chairmen, program staff and lecturers selected by purposive sampling; graduate students in each program were selected by stratified sampling. The data were collected by questionnaires, focus group and in-depth interview. Research findings showed as follows: 1. There was no significant difference of the lecturers’ opinions in 3 programs about 3 systems in overall and each aspect. The lecturers’ opinions were not appropriate level and lower than the criteria. 2. There was no significant difference between the opinion of graduate students in 3 programs about the instruction system of the interdisciplinary program in overall and each aspect. The average of opinions was at appropriate level. 3. There was significant difference between the graduate students’ opinions and the lecturers’ opinions towards the instruction system in overall; especially the aspects of the program and the environment. The graduate students’ opinions were appropriate level but the lecturers’ opinions were not appropriate level. Keywords: Evaluating Program Implementation, Interdisciplinary Graduate Program
