标题:Forskningsbaserad lärarfortbildning i slöjd – hur möta lärarnas behov av inspiration till undervisningsinnehåll? (Research based in-service training for teachers in sloyd (crafts)—how to meet the teachers need of inspiration for teaching contents?)
摘要:In this article we discuss the conditions and structure for in-service training in sloyd (crafts) in the Finnish educational system. To begin with, we focus on the starting points for in-service training among class and subject teachers who teach sloyd . Furthermore, we discuss how to make use of the teachers own teaching related experiences, and how to utilise them as a collective asset in in-service training. Finally, we focus on how research-based teacher education can meet sloyd teachers’ need for tips and ideas for sloyd teaching.
