摘要:This study aimed at recognizing the level of teachers’ professional Burn out in Jarash Municipality of Jordan and its relationship to instructional performance. To achieve this aim, the measurements of the scales and instructional performance were used. The sample of the study consisted of (116) male and female teachers working at (7) public and private schools. The results of the study showed that there were no significant differences on the level of teachers’ professional Burn out. This is due to the variables of sex, type of educational institution, level of educational stage, years of service and qualification. The results also showed that there was no significant relationship between the level of professional burn out and that of instructional performance.
