摘要：Leisure, social phenomenon legitimated after the industrial revolution, unfolds to the man a situation in which he fills his free time in a quality-wise manner, in the perspective of developing his potentials. Universities and scientific periodicals are responsible for the dialogue with the community through the socialization of the basic and applied researches that illustrate such social phenomena. The objective of this study was to identify, from 1995 till 2000, how leisure was diffused in MOTRIZ, a documental source. Summaries of six volumes and twelve numbers, from varied sections, were categorized in the following areas: Concentration of Biodynamics, and Pedagogy of Human Motricitz. Of the ninety-five studies, twenty-six were contextualized in Biodynamics and sixty-nine in Pedagogy. Leisure as a central topic was identified in two studies and in nine studies in a subjacent manner. I have concluded by the urgency of the improvement of the intensification of debates in MOTRIZ relative to the social phenomenon “leisure”.
