摘要:Starting of the presupposed that the consumed food tends to transfer analogically to the commensal some of its characteristics, the present study wants to articulate the concept of taste to the strategies of the attainment of prestige and the social distinction, taking in account the choice of the menus, therefore, the food that goes to the mouth is not neutral. The composition of the menu and the future allotment of the dainty for it listed can consist in instrument of the construction of the identity and the nature of that they ingest them.
