摘要：This article suggests like primary goal to know the protagonists, the strategies and the planning of the tourist management that are being carried out in a destiny of noticeable patrimonial nature as it is the Real Site of San Lorenzo de El Escorial. It is a place of great interest, because of its patrimonial value, its legal particularities and the fact that is located in the area of tourist influence of Madrid; these three reasons and the presence of a great number of competing destinies will imply a series of problems that will be only solved with the development of a balanced management which should guarantee its sustainability.
