摘要：Moral harassment on the job is currently becoming a social problem in our country. Proof of this is the fact that it is receiving increasing attention in both academia and the media. The development of this phenomenon has been similar to that in neighbouring countries: it has first been raised in the field of psychology, then disseminated by the media, and legally, the issue of the need for legislation to «solve» this detected social problem has been raised. This article aims to draw attention to how this phenomenon is being overblown and to the need to tackle its true causes. Along these lines and in conclusion, the article proposes dealing with the problem in a less conventional way, that is, using a sociological approach.
