摘要:The conciliation between work, family and personal life is a new issue in the Spanish collective bargaining. In our opinion, the European Employment Strategy has played an important role in the dissemination of this topic, called as «spill-over effect». Anyway, the social actors have different conceptions about the conciliation. From Human Resource of companies usually trend to managing this topic as an element of differentiation of work force, according with different levels, qualification and skill. On the contrary, trade unions and work council tray to manage this topic, as an aspect of collective action but often the conciliation is also understood as an expression of personals and labour situations so match different. Also the aim of unions is to manage this topic as a progress of «personal» rights.
