摘要:Abstract: The paper makes an analysis of the macroeconomics theories about open economy, in their neoclassics and keynesians visions, also examining conceptions about hegemony and supranational cooperation. Initially, are presented the orthodox theories for flexible and fixed exchange rates, and theoretical extensions about expectations and assets markets. To proceed, are examined the keynesians critics to the neoclassics visions, and is presented a discussion about the keynesian theory in relation to the open macroeconomics. The article analyzes, also, conceptions about hegemony and cooperation, considering the recent modifications in the international economic context, with the increase of the flow of capitals caused by the financial globalization. In conclusion, are presented theoretical and about policies critics to the orthodox conceptions, having in mind the different realities of the developed and no developed countries.
