摘要：ABSTRACT: The goal of this study is to know the degree of participation of the local actors in supporting programs to sheep and goat rearing and the performance of the municipal programs linked to the activiteis in the Municipalities of Quixadá and Quixeramobim in the State of Ceará. The primary data were collected by interviews and questionnaire applications to 70 farmers. The method utilized was an descriptive analysis and data interpretation. The produceres participated activelly in the learn and cooperation process with other local producers and agents. The arrangement presents great possibilities which contribute to an activity development, besides the active participation in specific programs directed to sheep and goat rearing.
