摘要：El presente artículo de revisión temática aborda el shock séptico desde la fisiopatología, las manifestaciones clínicas y la identificación de una propuesta de intervención de enfermería que contiene los diagnósticos enfermeros para los sistemas neurológico, cardiovascular, pulmonar, renal y metabólico. El artículo es importante para los profesionales de enfermería, porque ofrce algunas orientaciones para implementar y justificar los cuidados pertinentes y coherentes con las necesidades fisiopatológicas en unidades de cuidado crítico. La revisión inicia con algunos conceptos de la literatura cinetífica que definen el shock séptico y desde los cuales se construye una definición pon una visión particular; seguidamente se hace una revisión fisiopatológica que explica las complicaciones que se presentan en la esfera sistémica, tomando como base algunos órganos. En ese mismo orden se presentan y analizan las manifestaciones clínicas del shock séptco, se proponen los diagnósticos de enfermería según los conceptos de la NANDA y se ejercitan otras posibilidades diagnósticas provenientes de la experiencia de los autores del presente artículo. ABSTRACT This article of thematic review, manages the topic of septic shock, addressed from the physiopathology, clinical manifestations and identification of a proposal for nursing intervention that contains the diagnoses nurses for the systems: neurological, cardiovascular, lung, kidney and metabolic. The article is important for nursing professionals because it offers some guidelines to implement and justify the relevant care and consistent with the needs physiopathology in units of critical care. The revision starts with some concepts from the scientific literature that define the septic shock on which builds a definition with a particular vision, then a review physiopathology that explains the complications systemic level on the basis some bodies. In the same order are persented and analyzed clinical manifestations of septic shock intending to give the nursing diagnosis according to the concepts of the NANDA and exercising other diagnostic possibilities from the experience of the authors of this article.
