摘要：The aim of this paper is to present the results of a review of Hispanic literature about continuous improvement. A rigorous review of papers included in the Dialnet data base was conducted, combining both qualitative and quantitative methods. The main results show that continuous improvement is an important field in Hispanic output although certain topics should be delved into more deeply. General knowledge journals aimed at practitioners are those that tend to publish papers related to continuous improvement, thus highlighting the relevance of the topic for practitioners. The paper offers two main contributions. First, it is novel research not been previously done in the Hispanic context. Secondly, it clarifies and complements the conclusions drawn by international reviews according to which continuous improvement seemed to be scarcely addressed in Hispanic output.
