摘要:Furniture is one of intensive labor industries with relative high of value added and absorbed a lot of labor. The industries produce various products such as chair, rack, wardrobe, dinning table and desk. On production scale basis, generally medium and large producer use machine and usually integrated with other wood industries i.e. moulding, window/frame etc. The major export markets for national furniture product are United States, Japan, Dutch, England, France and Germany. The research’s objectives are : (1) to study management, technical and production, financial and marketing aspects of the company in formulating feasibility study, (2) to study risk analysis in giving financial approval to finance the PT.â€ÂXâ€Â, (3) to analyze financial feasibility for PT. “X†on many aspects basis including management, marketing, production, financial and risk that related with syariah banking policy. The method is a case study by means of descriptive analysis (both quantitatively and qualitatively). The data was analyzed and processed using Microsoft Excel application, presented on tabulation form, consisted of feasibility study on fine investment criterion namely ; Pay Back Period (PBP), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Sensitivity analysis is carried out on increasing raw material price and exchange rate fluctuation. Financial aspect are consisted of capital cost to implementing product development project, indoor furniture, that needed investment capital of Rp. 9.868.105.870,- ; financial feasibility with PBP (3,1 years), BEP (Rp.23.622.376,-), NPV (Rp. 11.095.000.000), B/C ratio of (3,90) and IRR of (45,25%). Due the values, PT.â€ÂX†is feasible and prospective. According to sensitivity analysis the company is sensitive on changing of raw material price.
