摘要：We try to make this text an account of experiences in thinking, planning, realizationof the Second Time Program (PST) effected in Criciúma/SC, focusing on a criticalproblems in comparison with the propositions that guide. After a brief presentation ofwhat is the PST, we seek to clarify the understandings and reflections on the subjectever produced. Subsequently we discuss the philosophical principles, educationaland administrative program of the specificity of its development in Criciúma, wherethe focus was guiding the reconfiguration of the same to bring it to an action thatperspective to human emancipation.
