摘要:Educational policies and legislation, yet well intentioned, do not always cooperate forchanging reality. This issue will analyze the municipalization impacts of the PhysicalEducation teacher presence at the Elementary Teaching initial grades. The sampleis qualitative, descriptive and documentary, and composed of 12 cities, 32 teachersand 15 principals, who have answered a poll. Conclude that before municipalization60% of schools already had Physical Education teachers giving classes to elementaryteaching initial grades and at the current time, after municipalization, 100% of teachersare already graduated.
