摘要：This work deals with the situation of those who are in the condition of homeless people. Organized a qualitative approach based on the literature review that aimed to discuss the quality of life and public policies related to homeless people. Interviews were conducted with homeless people in order to understand what is the quality of life of the homeless. Why lose family ties, jobs and so many other reasons like drugs, alcoholism, social discrimination, dignity, this population utilizes the streets as housing and shelter.
