摘要:The Decent Work has been the main ILO´s strategic orientation since 1999. This new orientation induced changes in its management and programs. ILO stimulates the discussion about work on the globaliza-tion´s era. The Decent Work is an on building concept, and its inclusion on the social actors agenda could stimulate discussions about the labor conditions around the world. The agenda proposed by ILO is highly influenced by Ethics. Ethics could help the Decent Work economic validation as well. The labor world has a wide range of situations and problems, that includes exclusions and by other hand, the job at companies. The text examines these problems and the Decent Work discussion. The text uses the freedom notion to the debate on this range of labor problems.
