摘要:This study aimed to conduct a market analysis on the perception of the public university in relation to real estate in the municipality of Cornelio Procopio. To this end, we carried out a literature on the topics: Research and Marketing Management, as well as an analysis of the city of Cornelius Procopio, the construction industry and real estate rental market. Regarding the methodological procedures, you can define your search as descriptive and quantitative, with non-probability sampling, stratified between the educational institutions of the city, and for convenience. 375 surveys were carried out, given a margin of 95% and an error of 5%. The presentation of data contains a survey of the socio-economic profile of the university Cornelio Procopio, as well as their current living conditions, the structural characteristics of real estate even prefer that, in addition to factors that directly influence the deployment of real estate projects aimed at this audience in the same town; these characteristics that meet the initial expectations of the research.
