摘要：This article is part of a broader research which aim is to understand the subjective experiences of the professionals involved in projects of intervention with victims of political violence in the psychosocial field in the city of Medellín and other municipalities in Antioquia. Collected from 20 stories obtained in semi-structured and in-depth interviews, life experience, way of life, vocational aspects and personal characteristics that have and should have the professionals working on these projects. It is concluded that the construction of a psychosocial care perspective in professional goes through their vocational guidance towards ethical-political elements that guide their action and intervention in complex contexts methodological, theoretical and options.
