摘要:A bibliometric analysis was made of available models for evaluating perceived quality in providing Internet. A brief conceptualisation is made and the most relevant bibliometric indicators established for studying the quality of Internet service, its main sources, work perspectives and thereby the most relevant models in studying this construct.
