摘要:A theoretical model, founded on Allaire and Firsirotu, Alabart and Portuondo and Hofstede's approaches, was constructed for analysing resistance to change - organisational culture relationships, contrasting medium- and large-scale clothing industry companies in Ibagué by using a qualitative-quantitative approach employing in-depth interviews and a survey. The results revealed no marked resistance to change but that it did have an effect on this cultural category such as perceiving relationships regarding power within companies.
