摘要:The present article was aimed at going deeper into the concept of perceived value. By adopting a multidimensional structure we tried to contrast which of the two models (reflexive or formative) best suited the concept of perceived value. We also analysed whether the concepts obtained from the reflexive and formative scales were equivalent and, therefore, whether there were significant differences between them. The segment consisting of industrial clients for electricity and natural gas in the Spanish liberalised energy market was subjected to empirical analysis.
