摘要：This research was aimed at ascertaining the quality of strategic decisions regarding their impact on organisational effectiveness in public organisations, Likewise, how variables related to strategic decision-making influenced the quality of the decisions so aoopted was also identified. A sample of 37 public organisations in the north of Chile was thus taken. The results of the investigation from the sample of public institutions analysed here showed that 35.9% of organisational effectiveness was explained by the strategic decisions' Quality(p from a statistical point of view.
