摘要:Creating an active teaching and learning community can be challenging but at Memorial University, a blended approach is proving to be effective. Through regular face-to-face group discussions, one-on-onecoaching sessions, and online sharing and support, anactive community of teachers and learners is being created in Process Engineering. This paper details a practical approach to engaging students and faculty in program development, encouraging dialogue about best-practices in teaching and learning, sharing resources, and providing support and mentorship.
