摘要：บทคัดย่อ คำนามประสมในภาษาเกาหลี เช่น pokkeum pap และ yachae pokkeumแสดงความหมาย ‘ข้าวผัด’ และ ‘ผัดผัก’ โดย pokkeum หมายถึง ‘อาหารผัด’ ซึ่งพบว่าตำแหน่งของ pokkeum ในคำนามประสมในภาษาเกาหลีแสดงประเภทของอาหารที่แตกต่างกัน โครงสร้าง [pokkeum+N] แสดงความสัมพันธ์ทางความหมายว่าเป็น ‘อาหารจานเดียว’ หรือ ‘อาหารจานหลัก’ โดยส่วนประกอบด้านหน้า pokkeumเป็นวิธีการของ N และส่วนประกอบด้านหลัง N เป็นวัตถุดิบ ส่วนโครงสร้าง [N+pokkeum] แสดงความสัมพันธ์ทางความหมายว่า เป็น ‘กับข้าว’ โดยส่วนประกอบด้านหน้า N เป็นวัตถุดิบ และส่วนประกอบด้านหลัง pokkeum บอกประเภทของอาหาร In Korean compound noun, there are words like pokkeum which means‘stir-fried’ as in pokkeum pap (stir-fried rice) and yachae pokkeum (stir-friedvegetable). In fact, the position of pokkeum in Korean food-name compoundnouns creates different types of foodnames. Concerning [pokkeum+N]structure as in pokkeum pap, it indicates the meaningrelation that it isa one-dish meal or a main dish in which the front constituent pokkeum is the cooking method and the back constituent N is the food material. In the[N+ pokkeum] structure as in yachae pokkeum, the pokkeum indicates themeaning relation that the particular dish is a side dish in which the frontconstituent N is its materialand the back constituent pokkeum is the typeof food.
