摘要:This paper presents considerations on education and teacher performance, especially in regard to the new social and educational demands brought about by the introduction of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Its central goal is to point out the need for training for technologies as a sine qua non to face these issues. It considers the processes of initial and ongoing formation of teachers, especially those of distance education, to be crucial for influencing the formation of habitus of teachers, especially as regards the organization of a set of schemes and actions to help them deal with technology and its use in the school.
