摘要:The area of training, development and education has been receiving more and more investments in organizations. So, the interest in knowing these results is increasing too. However, despite high investments in training for work, there is little research on the level of learning in the TD&E's brazilian literature. This study aimed to investigate the influence of individual, training and organizational variables on the learning derived from training. Thus, five courses were evaluated by five private companies in the Rio de Janeiro with a sample of 126 participants. The data analysis included statistics descriptive and inferential (Pearson correlation, regression and t test to compare means before and after training events). The results showed five predictors for learning: the previous experience with training, the kind of training (cognitive and behavioral), the kind of instructor (internal or external to the organization), the number of employees and the reaction's training. The results were compared with others empirical studies and confirmed them. Practical implications were discussed.
