摘要：The high level activity of people require changes in their daily life, including in public health services. Information technology liked reminder medication can be on of the solutions to improve the health services. This web based application was develop using MySQL as data storage and Gammu as SMS Gateway. The purpose of this application is to improve hospital service with helping remain patients about their taking medication schedule. There are some steps used to develop this application, start with collecting data, design and implementation application, and finish with evaluation process. Some methods used are observation at the hospital, interview with the doctor, patient, and hospital management, literature study, and questionnaire. Some diagram used for design process are flowchart, hierarchy structure, use case and sequence diagram. By using this reminder application, patients can remember their medication schedule better than before. The delivered information design to be clear, simple, and direct to the patient. This things make patients feel more attention from the hospital and at the end it could be enhance the image of the hospital.
